Knowledge is a personal belief that increases the capacity of an individuals.knowledge is information processed in the mind of individuals.

knowledge becomes information once it is communicated to others through spoken, written words,ideas and experience.

Knowledge management is refers to a systemic or organizationally specified process for organizing and communicating in both tacit and explicit knowledge of workers so other workers may use it to be more effective and diligent in their work.
